Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the SheepSMP Minecraft network, joining our Discord server, or utilizing our web services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must disconnect immediately.

2. Purchases and Virtual Goods

All virtual items, ranks, and currencies purchased on our store are intangible virtual goods. They hold no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. SheepSMP reserves the right to modify, balance, or remove virtual goods and ranks at any time without prior notice as the server meta evolves.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing a purchase, you waive your right to a refund. Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or forced reversal via PayPal, your bank, or a credit card provider will result in a permanent, unappealable blacklist from the entire network and all associated platforms.

4. Account Security and Liability

Your account is your sole responsibility. Any actions taken on your account—whether by you, a friend, or a family member—are your responsibility. Compromised accounts, shared credentials, or unauthorized access do not grant immunity from rules or punishment. SheepSMP is not liable for data loss, items stolen, or account breaches.

5. Conduct and Punishments

Administration reserves the right to suspend, mute, or ban any account for violating our established rules. Purchasing items from our store does not grant immunity from moderation. Banned players forfeit all access to virtual goods and server progression. We do not provide compensation for time lost during a ban or mute period.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, custom plugins, designs, and branding created for SheepSMP are the exclusive property of the network. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized usage of SheepSMP assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Disclaimer

SheepSMP is a privately owned and operated Minecraft network. We are strictly independent and are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their partners. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

8. User-Generated Content

Any builds, messages, or other content you create on the SheepSMP network may be reviewed, modified, or removed by administration at any time. We reserve the right to delete or alter any user-generated content that violates our network rules, without warning or compensation.

9. Server Availability and Data

While we strive for a seamless experience, SheepSMP does not guarantee 100% server uptime. We are not responsible for progress lost due to crashes, rollbacks, or scheduled maintenance. Additionally, we reserve the right to perform server wipes or resets to preserve the economy and gameplay experience, with no compensation for lost progression.

10. Modification of Terms

SheepSMP reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the network after any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
